SIAMESE CONNECTION, FIRE HOSE

The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description.
This description covers plain, clappered, pumper suction and water thief
siamese connections which are used to join two or more lines into one or to
attach to the pumper. They shall be furnished in the following types, classes,
and styles, as specified. All sizes shown are in inches.
Type I – Cast brass
Type II – Aluminum, hard-coated
Class A – Plain
Class B – Single Clapper
Class c – Double Clapper
